Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Sales Manager - Data Center Solution to lead client engagements with data center owners and consultants in Riyadh, driving the sales process and promoting Carrier's HVAC solutions through the project lifecycle.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 5–7 years in HVAC sales with data center cooling experience preferred, and strong negotiation and communication skills. This onsite, permanent position offers an international environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related HVAC field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC system sales.
• Experience in data center cooling solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with data center clients and end users.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and project goals.
• Promote Carrier solutions to HVAC consulting firms and data center owners.
• Build and maintain a robust data center projects pipeline through inquiries, visits, and market intelligence.
• Track and update pipeline activity for forecasting and strategic planning.
• Participate in framework agreements and ensure timely bid submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align customer expectations with Carrier’s HVAC solutions.
• Analyze HVAC system requirements to prepare technical and budgetary proposals.
• Provide input to senior management to support business plans for the data center segment.
