Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HVAC sales, MEP, high tech, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proven flair in selling HVAC solutions, MEP, high tech or related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target.
• Generate new enquiries and customers.
• Review enquiries and guide quotations and submittals.
• Review quotations before submission to customers.
• Follow up submittals and approvals.
• Familiarity with industry trends and competition.
• Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside and HVAC solutions.
• Sustain relationships with end-users, consultants and contractors to generate business.
• Negotiate contractual/commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Service for existing projects.
