Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Senior Sales Director, Data & AI in Saudi Arabia to lead practice growth for a global consultancy. You will own key client relationships, define go-to-market strategies and close high-value, multiyear deals with C-suite stakeholders.

You're expected to have 10+ years in enterprise tech and Data & AI-led sales, a proven track record of meeting ambitious targets, and fluency in Arabic and English to navigate public and private sector opportunities in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology and Data & AI-led sales.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience winning strategic new logos and multiyear deals.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, governance, cloud data platforms and AI/GenAI.
• Understanding of procurement lifecycles and deal registration.
• Credibility with C-level executives and procurement leaders.
• Saudi experience across public sector, financial services, telco, healthcare or education.
• Degree in Engineering, CS or IT, fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own annual bookings, revenue and margin targets for the Data & AI practice.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy across industries and strategic accounts.
• Build pipeline through new logos, account expansion and partner-led opportunities.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles from origination to negotiation and closure.
• Advise C-suite leaders on data modernisation, cloud, AI and GenAI.
• Build alliances with cloud providers, tech vendors and ecosystem partners.
• Orchestrate presales, delivery, legal and finance around each pursuit.
• Coach sales talent and represent the firm at executive events.
