• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate analytics into business propositions.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We're hiring a Senior CVM / Segmentation Head to lead customer segmentation strategy and analytics. This role owns the design of segmentation frameworks, translates customer insights into targeted propositions, and drives measurable improvements across acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end customer segmentation frameworks aligned to business objectives
• Lead customer analytics initiatives — behavioural profiling, value-based segmentation, lifecycle analysis
• Translate segmentation insights into targeted, actionable customer propositions
• Partner with marketing, product, and pricing teams to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing strategies
• Own advanced data analysis and BI/reporting to track segment performance and CVM effectiveness
• Present segmentation strategy and insights to senior stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions
• Continuously refine segmentation models based on performance data and market shifts

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 8-11 years of relevant experience in customer segmentation, CVM, or customer analytics
• Proven track record establishing segmentation strategy/frameworks from the ground up
• Strong hands-on experience with customer analytics, advanced data analysis, and behavioural profiling
• Solid BI/reporting skills (tool-specific requirement to be confirmed with hiring manager — Power BI/Tableau/SQL etc.)
• Demonstrated impact on acquisition, engagement, retention, and/or pricing through segmentation-driven decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate analytics into business propositions

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in banking, retail banking CVM function
• Familiarity with predictive/propensity modelling
• Experience leading a segmentation/analytics team
