TalentDiamond is seeking a Customs Clearance Officer for its Jeddah, Saudi Arabia operations. The role focuses on accurate, efficient clearance of import/export shipments in line with Saudi Customs regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities include managing Bayan-based declarations, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring timely release of cargo, while maintaining compliant documentation and records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi customs-clearance procedures.
• Strong knowledge of the Bayan Customs Clearance System.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit customs declarations through the Bayan system.
• Ensure all customs documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
• Coordinate with Saudi Customs authorities regarding clearance, inspections and approvals.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely release of cargo.
• Coordinate with freight forwarding, transportation, warehouse and operations teams.
• Resolve customs-related discrepancies, documentation issues and shipment delays.
• Maintain organized customs records to support audits.
