Job summary

talentdiamond is seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Officer in Riyadh to manage import/export declarations and ensure smooth clearance in line with Saudi Customs procedures. You will handle Bayan-based declarations and collaborate with freight forwarders, warehouses and operations to minimize delays.

The role requires practical Bayan system knowledge, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work with regulatory authorities to achieve timely shipment release.

Qualifications

• Requires basic to advanced knowledge of customs clearance processes.
• Ability to review import/export documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience with Saudi customs regulations and Bayan system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import/export customs declarations.
• Review shipping and customs documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Saudi Customs authorities for clearance.
• Support inspections and approval processes.
• Monitor shipments until final release and coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouses.
• Resolve discrepancies in customs documentation.
• Maintain organized clearance records for audits.
