Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and telephone selling skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-functional team including internal and external stakeholders.
• Support branches for retention, renewals, and revenue growth through upselling and price increases.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines (compliant management).
• Identify high-risk/alert accounts and pursue revival opportunities.
• Provide recommendations to branches for improvements.
• Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revival accounts as needed.
• Analyze data to improve month-on-month performance and share monthly dashboards with analysis and recommendations.

Job description

The Customer Success Telesales at Rentokil Boecker is responsible for contact management to strengthen the customer relationship which is the key to retention.

The Main Job Duties And Responsabilties Are

• The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
• To support the branches for retention, and renewals & increase the branch revenue via price increase & up-selling
• Compliant Management- To identify & resolve the customers' complaints within the specific timelines
• Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts
• To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for improvement
• Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts
• Should be able to analyse data and over the challenging areas to improve month-on-month performance.
• Should be able to share the monthly dashboard with the analysis and recommendations

Requirements
