Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to join a multi-functional team. You will support branches with retention, renewals, and up-selling to grow revenue while resolving customer complaints within set timelines.

This full-time role requires 1 year in customer success or related fields, a Bachelor's degree in business or related area, and fluency in English and Arabic. Expect data analysis, monthly dashboards, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Identify alerts and revive dormant accounts.
• Provide recommendations to branches for improvement and conduct regular reviews.
• Analyze data to improve month-on-month performance and share dashboards with insights.

Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
• Support the branches for retention, and renewals & increase the branch revenue via price increase & up-selling.
• Identify & resolve the customers' complaints within the specific timelines.
• Identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts.
• Provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts.
• Analyse data and over the challenging areas to improve month-on-month performance.
• Share the monthly dashboard with the analysis and recommendations.

Experience Required:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or account management.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.

Languages:

Good command of English and Arabic.
