Job summary

Solibri by Nemetschek seeks a seasoned BIM professional to drive customer success for Solibri customers across the Middle East. You will lead onboarding, adoption and long-term value delivery for enterprise and government accounts.

You will guide rule-based validation, model quality control and best practices, working with Sales and regional partners, and travel regularly to client sites within the Kingdom and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or BIM-related field.
• 5+ years' experience in BIM, AEC software, Customer Success or Technical Consulting.
• Strong hands-on Navisworks experience; cross-training to Solibri encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Run customer success for Solibri customers across the Middle East, onboarding and driving adoption.
• Serve as post-sales contact for enterprise/government accounts on BIM quality and compliance workflows.
• Deliver technical enablement, workshops and reviews on rule-based validation and model quality.
• Support PoCs, pilots and production rollouts; track adoption and customer success.
• Collaborate with Sales/Presales and partners; maintain updated success documentation.
• Travel regularly to customer sites across the Kingdom and region as needed.

• Run customer success for Solibri customers across the Middle East, covering onboarding, adoption and long-term value
• Act as the main post-sales contact for enterprise and government accounts, supporting BIM quality assurance, model checking and compliance workflows
• Deliver technical enablement, workshops and customer success reviews, guiding customers on rule-based validation, model quality control and best practice
• Support PoCs, pilot projects and production rollouts, tracking adoption and making sure customers succeed
• Work closely with Sales, Presales and regional partners, share customer feedback and keep success documentation up to date
• Spend regular time on customer sites across the Kingdom and travel across the region when needed

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a BIM-related field, with a strong grasp of BIM workflows, model coordination and quality compliance

5+ years' experience in BIM, AEC software, Customer Success or Technical Consulting

Strong hands-on experience with Navisworks. You don't need Solibri experience, but you should want to cross-train and become an expert in it. We'll support your learning.

Comfortable working with customers and presenting to them, from project teams up to senior stakeholders

A communication style that works with AEC professionals. You speak their language, understand their project pressures and build trust quickly.

Experience supporting enterprise or public sector clients, with a customer-first, problem-solving mindset

Fluent English required; Arabic preferred

Able to manage several customers and partner relationships at once

Based in Saudi Arabia (required), as the role involves regular visits to customer sites

Help shape Solibri's growth in one of the world's most dynamic construction markets

Build expertise in BIM quality assurance alongside your Navisworks skills

Work with major enterprise and government projects across the Kingdom
