Job summary

Upciti is seeking a mid- to senior-level Customer Success professional to manage a Saudi-based client portfolio and drive renewals and upsell opportunities. You will own post-sale relationships, lead onboarding, and coordinate cross-functional teams across product, tech, and commercial units.

You will run executive-level meetings, deliver product training, and monitor adoption metrics, becoming the trusted single point of contact after the sale. English and Arabic fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Account Management or Customer Success with upsell experience.
• Experience building and growing an existing portfolio, not focused on new business hunting.
• Startup or scale-up background with autonomy and ability to create or shape a CS function.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff meetings with the project team and client stakeholders, outlining sizing plan, installation schedule, and dashboard access.
• Manage the post-sale handover, onboarding, platform adoption, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate access provisioning and hardware deployment with the project team.
• Deliver dashboard training to all end users and client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly as the account matures) and lead 90‑day EBRs with client leadership.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities (new use cases, geographic expansion, additional sensors).
• Spot churn risks early and implement corrective action plans.
