Lucidya is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the Government Sector in Riyadh to steward a portfolio of public clients. You will ensure successful onboarding, drive adoption of our AI-powered platform, and translate complex tech into clear value propositions for decision makers.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B SaaS CS, fluency in Arabic and English, and comfort with CRM and CS tools. Saudi nationals only. This is a full-time on-site position.

Formación

• 3–5 years in customer success for B2B software.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Comfort with CRM and CS tools.
• Saudi nationals only; government/public sector experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of government and public sector clients, ensuring setup and ongoing value.
• Help clients use the platform frequently and derive measurable outcomes.
• Explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Read usage patterns and provide product feedback to the CS and product teams.
