Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking a Customer Service Support Coordinator - Customs in Saudi Arabia. You will handle customs activities, including export/import manifests and in-bond handling, and ensure accurate documentation to support on-time deliveries and compliant declarations.

You will monitor acceptance and rejection cases, follow standard processes, complete trainings on time, and work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve House Bill mismatches and uphold service quality.

Qualifications
