Job summary

Algihaz Marine seeks an EXIM Coordinator to manage end-to-end import/export activities focused on Saudi Arabia. You will ensure accurate documentation, regulatory approvals, and on-time clearance for vessels, cargo, and marine spares, coordinating with project teams, suppliers and brokers.

The role requires knowledge of Saudi import/export regulations, HS classifications and regulatory platforms to maintain audit-ready records and smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of import/export, customs clearance or logistics coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi import/export procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complete import/export processes for vessels, cargo and marine spares to/from Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare and validate commercial/shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, Origin).
• Submit customs declarations and ensure consistency across documents (HS codes, quantities, weights).
• Manage Saudi customs clearance through broker and authorities.
• Coordinate SEBAR/SASO product conformity requirements and related documentation.
• Track shipments and escalate issues to maintain project schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement, freight forwarders, port agents and authorities to resolve clearance issues.
