Hapag-Lloyd is seeking a Customer Service Support Coordinator – Customs to manage customs activities, declarations, and monitoring of acceptance and rejection cases. You will resolve House Bill mismatches and ensure compliance with standard processes and management instructions.

You will handle export/import manifests and in-bond handling, monitor rejections/acceptances, and maintain quality, customer-oriented service that adds value for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• FIS knowledge.
• Ability to work well with others and follow guidelines.
• Receptive to new ideas with a strong drive for personal development.

Responsabilités

• Handle customs activities, including export/import manifests and in-bond handling.
• Monitor acceptance and rejection cases.
• Resolve House Bill mismatches.
• Follow standard processes and management instructions; complete functional training on time.
