Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Handle currency exchange and foreign transactions.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to customer inquiries on balances, fees, policies, procedures.
• Identify fraudulent activity and report to the appropriate department.
