Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for conducting financial transactions for customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Count and verify cash amounts to ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Assist customers with inquiries about their accounts, banking products, and services.
• Promote bank products and services to customers to meet sales goals.
• Maintain proper cash levels in the teller drawer and follow security procedures at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with bank policies, procedures, and new products/services.
• Identify fraudulent activities and report them immediately to the appropriate authorities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Previous experience as a bank teller is preferred but not required.
• Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to count money accurately.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage).
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
