Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their banking needs
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
• Open new accounts and process account changes
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of each day
