Want More is seeking a female Bank Teller in Medina, Saudi Arabia to deliver excellent customer service and handle financial transactions accurately.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, promote bank products, and ensure compliance with policies, security, and data protection. Salary packages with medical insurance, annual leave, and accommodation may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous bank teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak Arabic fluently.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all bank products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Adhere to security procedures and protect customer information at all times.
