Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
• Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Handle currency exchange and foreign transactions
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, policies, and procedures
• Identify fraudulent activity and report it to the appropriate department

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a bank teller or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
