Qualifications

• Egyptian national with valid residency/work permit in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience as Bank Teller or in customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Flexible availability to work on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the bank and assist them with their transactions.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions for customers.
• Identify customers' financial needs and refer them to appropriate bank services or products.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their accounts, bank policies, and services offered.
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
