Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately.
• Count and verify cash for transactions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and products/services questions.
• Promote bank products and services to meet sales goals.
• Maintain proper cash levels and follow security procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with bank policies and new products/services.
• Identify fraudulent activities and report them promptly.
