Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Hands-on experience in the Construction Equipment industry in KSA is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate deliveries and support order fulfilment with sales, aftersales, warehouse and logistics.
• Prepare delivery schedules and ensure complete documentation for shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
• Support showroom operations and assist with customer requirements across teams.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and provide clear invoicing support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
