Job summary

Al-Futtaim Industrial Equipment & Construction Equipment (FAMCO) in KSA seeks a driven Key Account Manager to accelerate sales growth in construction equipment, build strong customer relationships, and close profitable deals.

You will identify new customers in your territory, lead product presentations and equipment trials, manage quotations, negotiations, delivery coordination, and collections while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of construction equipment sales experience within a dealership.
• Mandatory KSA construction equipment sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid KSA driving license.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and win new customers within your assigned territory and target accounts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while protecting revenue and margin performance.
• Conduct regular customer visits, prospecting activities, and market outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and equipment trials that support conversion.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, negotiations, documentation, delivery coordination, and payments.
• Monitor receivables and help ensure overdue accounts remain within agreed targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales activity and pipeline reporting.
