Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative for Construction Equipment in Riyadh. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating with sales, aftersales, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role requires hands-on experience in the construction equipment sector in KSA and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. SAP and MS Office skills are desirable; strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service within construction equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints in line with service standards.
• Support walk-in customers and coordinate requirements with sales and aftersales teams.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, deliveries and communications.
• Coordinate with sales, aftersales, warehouse and logistics to support orders.
• Prepare delivery schedules and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain stock reports for accurate inventory tracking.
• Prepare daily stock and sales reports and support stock updates.
• Create and update customer and vendor data.
• Process payments and invoices; monitor receivables and follow up on payments.
• Review work orders before billing and submit invoices with supporting records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
