Job summary

Al Tamimi in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Credit Control Analyst to monitor day-to-day credit operations, review customer limits, ensure timely collection and reduce overdue balances.

You will conduct regular risk assessments for key customers, coordinate with Sales, Finance and Legal to resolve disputes, and prepare monthly aging reports and cash flow forecasts.

0–2 years’ experience in credit control or AR in a multinational environment is preferred; Bachelor degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in credit control, AR, or financial management.
• Experience in multinational or large-scale distribution/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the credit control team’s day-to-day activities.
• Review the customer credit limits in line with company policies.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and reduce overdue balances.
• Conduct regular credit reviews and risk assessments for key customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Finance and Legal departments to resolve disputes or delayed payments.
• Prepare monthly aging reports, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead collection strategies for high-value or critical accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external audit requirements.
• Support the Credit Manager in preparing periodic reports and recommendations for management decisions.
