Job summary

Canon Middle East FZ LLC in Khobar is seeking a hands-on Credit Controller to manage high-volume AR, lead credit control operations, and optimize collections. You will liaise with customers to secure payments, perform data entry in ERP, and support AR reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a background in commerce/finance, and fluency in English and Arabic. A high-volume GCC experience is essential, with the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and ERP automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume GCC credit control environments.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with large data handling.
• Basic accounting principles knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead credit control operations for the region, including accounts receivable and collections.
• Contact customers regarding payments, reminders, and dunning letters.
• Enter receipts into ERP and reconcile customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer balance and AR sub-ledger.
• Coordinate invoicing and statement distribution to customers.
• Support monthly AR reporting and ad hoc analyses.
