Job summary

With a minimum 12 years in collections, strong negotiation, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software, you will drive timely collections and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, preferably in IT/tech sectors.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with collections management systems and databases.
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage personalized collection plans to improve cash flow.
• Monitor aged accounts and optimize collection processes.
