Job summary

Canon is seeking a Credit Control Specialist in Khobar to manage credit control, accounts receivable, and collections for GCC customers. You will coordinate with customers on payments, process receipts in the ERP system, and reconcile ledgers to ensure accurate customer balances.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of GCC experience, a Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail. English and Arabic fluency is required for daily communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of GCC experience in high-volume credit control or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit control operations for the Khobar region.
• Contact customers on accounts, follow up on payments, and issue dunning notices.
• Enter receipts into ERP and reconcile customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable status reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Maintain customer files and understand ERP capabilities to automate workload.
