Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking qualified candidates with strong Oil & Gas experience, preferably with EPC and/or Shutdown & Turnaround (SD/TA) project exposure. 12+ years in Cost Control / Cost Engineering; contractor-side SD/TA experience mandatory; hands-on in mechanical shutdown/turnaround in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering mandatory; Primavera P6 experience mandatory; strong knowledge in cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Primavera P6 experience mandatory.
• Strong cost control skills including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, progress measurement and variance analysis for SD/TA projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control/cost engineering for heavy oil & gas SD/TA projects.
• Monitor contractor/subcontractor costs, manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity.
• Coordinate with EPC teams to ensure cost efficiency and timely reporting.

Job description

• Strong Contractor-side experience specifically in Shutdown / Turnaround (SD/TA) projects — mandatory.

• Must have hands-on experience in mechanical shutdown/turnaround projects within Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering — mandatory.

• Primavera P6 experience — mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, progress measurement, and variance analysis for SD/TA projects.

• Experience handling contractor/subcontractor costs, manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity costs.

Salary : Basic SAR 8000 - 14000
