Job summary

Hudson Manpower seeks qualified candidates with strong Oil & Gas SD/TA project experience for senior cost control roles. The position requires hands-on shutdown/turnaround expertise and a mechanical engineering degree.

Candidates should be proficient in Primavera P6 and in cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for SD/TA projects. Long-term opportunities with relocation may apply.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Cost Control / Cost Engineering.
• Strong contractor-side SD/TA project experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical shutdown/turnaround in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering mandatory.
• Primavera P6 experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, progress measurement and variance analysis for SD/TA.
• Experience handling contractor costs, manpower, equipment, materials and productivity costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost control for SD/TA projects in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sectors.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and cost variances.
• Prepare cost reports and progress measurements for stakeholders.

• 12+ years of total experience in Cost Control / Cost Engineering.

• Strong Contractor-side experience specifically in Shutdown / Turnaround (SD/TA) projects - mandatory.

• Must have hands-on experience in mechanical shutdown/turnaround projects within Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.

• Primavera P6 experience - mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, progress measurement, and variance analysis for SD/TA projects.

• Experience handling contractor/subcontractor costs, manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity costs.

Salary : Basic SAR 8000 - 14000
