Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead in Saudi Arabia to manage scheduling, cost control, and reporting for Oil & Gas EPC projects.

You will lead a multidisciplinary Project Controls team, develop integrated schedules with Primavera P6, monitor baselines, and deliver weekly/monthly progress analyses and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Controls, preferably within Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
  • Strong experience in Primavera P6, Cost Control, Progress Measurement, EVM, Forecasting, and Reporting.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary Project Controls teams.
  • Experience with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and major Oil & Gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge of WBS/CBS, KPI reporting, change management, delay analysis, EAC/ETC, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Project Controls team covering Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, Progress Measurement, and Reporting.
  • Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6.
  • Establish and monitor project schedule and cost baselines.
  • Monitor actual progress, productivity, costs, commitments, and forecast against the approved plan.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, forecasts, EAC/ETC, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor critical path, schedule risks, delays, trends, and recovery plans.
  • Manage change control, trends, and schedule/cost impacts.
  • Review contractor/subcontractor schedules, progress, and cost reports.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Commercial, and Project Management teams.
  • Provide management with accurate performance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable Oil & Gas standards.

Job Purpose
