Job summary

Opus in Riyadh seeks a Banking Relations Specialist to manage and grow relationships with banks and real estate financing partners. You will support loan approvals, coordinate with lenders on project financing, and monitor disbursements while ensuring timely reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–4 years of sector experience, fluency in Arabic and English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid Saudi driving license.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or Accounting.
• 2–4 years experience in real estate financing or banking.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English at a professional level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management with banks.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to prepare reports.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Familiarity with Real Estate Development Fund programs and Sakani is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with banks and real estate financing entities.
• Follow up on real estate financing requests and bank approvals.
• Coordinate with financing entities to approve real estate projects.
• Monitor disbursement of financing and prepare periodic reports.
