Job summary

Dallah Albaraka Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel services, including housekeeping, catering, banquets, and rooms, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to hospitality policies.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, plan service delivery, and maintain facilities in good condition to support seamless guest experiences. Collaborate with departments to uphold quality and standards across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Experience in hospitality operations or hotel management preferred.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in formulating and implementing Hospitality plans aligned with Dallah’s objectives.
• Develops hospitality policies and ensures compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manages day-to-day hospitality operations to achieve high performance standards.
• Prepares and monitors the Hospitality/Hotel budget and ensures activities stay within budget.
• Sets targets for staff, motivates team and develops subordinate performance.
• Plans and organises hotel services to ensure efficient workflow and high guest satisfaction.
• Ensures hotel facilities are well maintained and in good condition.

Job description

The jobs in this level are responsible for managing the day to day operations of a hotel and overseeing the services provided to guests such as housekeeping, catering, banquets, rooms, etc...to ensure enhanced guests satisfaction and alignment with the hospitality policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Hospitality plans to ensure alignment with Dallah’s overall objectives and business plans.
• Participates in the development of Hospitality policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of Hospitality by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Prepares the Hospitality/ Hotel budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
• Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate’s performance.
• Plans and organizes hotel services and distributing the work amongst the team to ensure the effective and efficient flow of work and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Ensures that hotel facilities are well maintained and are off good condition.
