Job summary

M Hotel Al Dana Makkah By Millennium is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, organize cleaning schedules, and ensure high standards of guest room cleanliness and public areas.

You will supervise Attendants, manage resources, handle guest requests, and collaborate with Front Office to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assign daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring efficient service on guest floors.
• Provide necessary resources, such as keys and supplies, to Housekeeping Attendants for their daily tasks.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with care, ensuring effective resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms regularly, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to the hotel's quality assurance standards.
• Monitor room status and communicate effectively with the Front Office Department for efficient operations.
• Report damaged items and broken equipment to the Engineering Department and follow set procedures for lost and found items.
• Order Housekeeping supplies on time and manage inventory procedures to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Evaluate Housekeeping Attendant performance, providing feedback and reporting any issues to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
• Train Room Attendants on Standards of Performance (SOPs) to maintain desired performance levels and uphold quality assurance standards.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
