Mina Excellence in Riyadh is seeking a Commis Chef to support daily kitchen operations in both hot and cold sections. You will assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation while upholding quality and hygiene standards.

You will follow recipes, help with salads, sauces, and appetizers, and assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef. The role requires teamwork, good communication, and flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is properly stored, labelled, and handled.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and health regulations.
• Monitor ingredients and report shortages.
• Minimise food waste and maintain proper portion control.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
