Job summary

HUMAIN in Riyadh seeks an experienced head of Commercial Excellence to scale our commercial capabilities as we grow across markets and customer segments. You will standardize governance, tools and ways of working from opportunity qualification through to delivery.

You will lead opportunity and bid management, pricing, deal governance and forecasting, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and Delivery to ensure fast, high-quality execution and strong commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial excellence, sales operations, pricing or related roles in tech/complex B2B environments.
• Experience building or scaling a Commercial Excellence function with governance, processes and teams.
• Deep understanding of the full B2B commercial lifecycle from pipeline to handover.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunity qualification, bid and proposal management, pricing, deal governance and forecasting.
• Lead development of HUMAIN’s Commercial Excellence capability across the lifecycle and interfaces between Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and Delivery.
• Ensure visibility of commercial performance: pipeline, forecasting, win rates, pricing and margin; embed AI opportunities to improve processes.
