UXBERT Labs in Riyadh seeks a seasoned Commercial Growth Leader to drive revenue acceleration, global market expansion, and strategic partnerships. You will shape growth strategy, secure mega enterprise and government opportunities, and build a high-performing commercial organization.

The role encompasses AI product strategies, thought leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale services, UX/CX, software development, and AI transformation across markets.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Consulting, Digital Transformation, UX/CX, Enterprise Technology, or AI.
• Proven track record scaling a services-based company to multi-million USD revenue; CEO/MD level experience.
• Experience with large government or enterprise clients in the GCC is a strong plus; global exposure preferred.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation, QA services, software development, UX/CX, and AI solutions.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, ability to close large deals and build long-term revenue pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial growth strategy focusing on revenue expansion and new markets.
• Oversee mega deals: bids, pricing frameworks, and negotiations.
• Build a high-performing commercial and sales organization.
• Develop GTM strategies for UX, CX, QA, software development, and AI consulting.
• Collaborate with PMO, Tech, Design, Research, and AI teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery.
