Job summary

HUMAIN seeks a senior commercial leader to strengthen its Commercial Excellence and scale across markets. You will shape governance, standards and tools for the end-to-end commercial lifecycle from opportunity qualification to handover.

You will drive pricing discipline, bid reviews and deal approvals, embedding AI to improve forecasting and decision-making. You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and Delivery to ensure disciplined, high-velocity commercial performance while

Qualifications

10+ years in commercial excellence, sales ops, pricing or related roles in tech/B2B environments.
Proven experience building or scaling a Commercial Excellence function with governance and team.
Strong understanding of the full B2B commercial lifecycle from pipeline to handover.
Deep experience in governance, bid management, pricing and deal structuring.
Experience defining performance frameworks for pipeline, forecasting, win rates, pricing and margin.
Strong financial judgment and ability to assess deal economics.
Ability to align Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Delivery and leadership.
Proven team-building and leadership of high-performing teams.
Executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong AI fluency and ability to apply AI to commercial processes.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Shape standards, governance, tools and ways of working across the commercial lifecycle from opportunity through to handover.
Lead pricing, deal governance, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance.
Advance AI-enabled opportunities for opportunity management, proposal development and pricing.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and Delivery for clear commercial decisions.
Provide visibility of pipeline quality, forecasting, win rates and margins for leadership.
