Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• MRICS, FRICS, CCM, PMP, MBA or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for major programs, projects, and portfolios.
• Oversee governance, cost management, procurement strategy, contract administration, and financial controls.
• Provide executive oversight of pre- and post-contract commercial activities across project lifecycles.
• Lead commercial evaluations, business cases, procurement approaches, and contract awards.
• Manage high-value negotiations with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and partners.
• Oversee change management, claims management, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, budgets, and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with Development, Project Delivery, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Executive teams.
