Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Cluster Reservations Supervisor to lead the Reservations team across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA, ensuring luxury service, accuracy, and conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain SOPs, and ensure all guest and booking data are managed precisely, while maximizing revenue opportunities for the cluster. Fluency in English and knowledge of Opera PMS are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations operations, ideally luxury hospitality.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Reservations Manager in day-to-day operations across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA.
• Supervise the reservations team to handle telephone, email, and online inquiries and convert to bookings when possible.
• Ensure reservations, deposits, cancellations, rebates, no-shows, and payments are processed accurately and in accordance with hotel policies.
• Monitor reservation quality standards and maintain accurate records across Opera PMS and other reservation platforms.
• Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining training records, SOPs and departmental documentation.
• Keep the team informed of room packages, rates, outlet promotions, and property updates across both resorts.

THE TEAM

As part of the Cluster Reservations team, you will support reservation operations across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA, working closely with the Reservations Manager and Reservations Agents to deliver seamless guest experiences across both ultra-luxury destinations. Together, you will ensure every guest interaction reflects Rosewood's service philosophy while supporting commercial performance and operational excellence.

YOUR ROLE

As Cluster Reservations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily performance of the Reservations team across both properties, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational accuracy, and effective conversion of reservations enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will play an important role in supporting team development, maintaining reservation procedures, and ensuring all guest and booking information is managed accurately and efficiently. Through your leadership and attention to detail, you will help deliver a consistent luxury experience while maximizing revenue opportunities across the cluster.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Support the Reservations Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Cluster Reservations Department across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA.
• Supervise the reservations team to ensure all telephone, email, and online enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and converted into bookings whenever possible.

• Monitor reservation quality standards, maintaining accurate records across Opera PMS and other reservation platforms.
• Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining training records, SOPs, and departmental documentation.
• Keep the team informed of room packages, rates, outlet promotions, and property updates across both resorts.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience within reservations operations, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
• You have strong leadership capabilities and enjoy developing, coaching, and motivating team members.
• You are highly proficient in Opera PMS and hotel reservation systems.
• You have a strong understanding of Forbes Travel Guide standards and LQA requirements.
• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
