Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a commercially minded Cluster Director of Finance to lead all finance, accounting, treasury, procurement controls, and governance across a portfolio of hotels from pre-opening through stabilization. You will partner with ownership and hotel leadership to drive profitability, manage risk, and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related discipline.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Director of Finance, Cluster Finance, or senior leadership role; hospitality preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Proven pre-opening hotel experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cluster-wide financial strategy aligned with ownership objectives.
• Lead all finance-related pre-opening activities across the hotel portfolio.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, audit, tax, compliance, and internal controls for all properties.
• Manage cash flow forecasts, treasury relationships, and working capital management.
• Provide owner reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance updates to support capital decisions.
• Build and lead high-performing finance teams; foster cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, and ownership.
