The role encompasses pre-opening finance management, budgeting, cash flow planning, and treasury across multiple properties, ensuring robust financial processes and effective decision support for portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven finance leadership within hotels, hospitality portfolios or similar complex services.
• Experience in pre-opening and financial system implementation for multi-property portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and owner reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cluster-wide financial strategy and governance across hotels.
• Oversee pre-opening finance activities and budgeting.
• Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital for the portfolio.
• Deliver owner reporting and financial performance analyses.
• Develop high-performing finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audits.
