Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy across multiple hotel properties, drive revenue growth, and maximize asset value. You will oversee pre-opening activities, establish market positioning, build partnerships with owners and authorities, and lead a high-performing team to deliver occupancy, ADR, and direct bookings.

This role requires strategic, data-driven leadership with GCC hospitality experience and a track record

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading sales, marketing, and commercial functions across hotel portfolios or multi-property environments.
Pre-opening commercial leadership with launch strategy and market activation.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience within Saudi Arabia or GCC hospitality market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cluster-wide commercial strategy driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and long-term asset value.
Lead all pre-opening commercial activities, including sales, marketing, digital, and distribution strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government entities, travel agencies, DMCs, event organizers, and partners.
Oversee integrated marketing and brand positioning across all hotels to drive direct bookings and brand awareness.
Represent the cluster at industry events and manage partnerships to support revenue growth.
