Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Cluster Director of Engineering to lead the engineering, maintenance, facilities management, and asset protection across multiple hotels in the portfolio. This role covers pre-opening, opening, and operational readiness to ensure safety, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering functions within hotels, hospitality portfolios, or large facilities.
• Proven ability to manage pre-opening activities and handovers.
• Strong knowledge of OS&E validation and procurement.
• Experience managing budgets for pre-opening and operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities management across the hotel cluster to ensure safe, reliable operation of all assets.
• Develop engineering strategies aligned with owner priorities and asset value enhancement.
• Oversee handover activities from project delivery to hotel operations, including testing and commissioning.
• Participate in design reviews to meet operational requirements and best practices.
• Review OS&E requirements, inventories, and procurement plans for readiness and cost effectiveness.
• Manage Engineering Pre-Opening Budgets (POB) and operating budgets.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance across building systems.
