Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Cluster Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations across our hotel portfolio. You will shape concepts, develop budgets, and drive revenue growth while maintaining guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-property F&B leadership, pre-opening activities, and collaboration with ownership and project teams to ensure timely openings and stabilized operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cluster-wide F&B operations across multiple hotels.
• Experience preparing F&B operating budgets, POB, and staffing models.
• Experience with banqueting, event operations, and destination F&B concepts.
• Experience supporting hotel openings and stabilization programs across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cluster-wide F&B strategies aligned with hotel positioning and business objectives.
• Drive F&B revenue, profitability, market share, and guest satisfaction across properties.
• Lead pre-opening activities, concept development, and stabilization plans for outlets.
• Oversee all F&B outlets, ensure service quality, and maintain brand standards.
• Coordinate with ownership, consultants, and hotel leadership to deliver on KPIs.
