Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Cluster Director of Finance to lead strategic financial leadership, pre-opening finance management, and portfolio-wide financial planning across a multi-hotel portfolio in Riyadh. This role partners with ownership and hotel leadership to ensure governance, cash flow, and value optimization throughout pre-opening, opening, stabilization and operations.

The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with robust financial stewardship and project finance

Qualificações

• Proven finance leadership experience within hotels, hospitality portfolios, mixed-use developments, or complex service businesses.
• Strong pre-opening experience including POB preparation, financial system implementation and opening support.
• Experience developing hotel budgets, long-term business plans, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Understanding of hotel finance, owner reporting requirements and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a cluster-wide financial strategy aligned with ownership objectives.
• Lead all finance-related pre-opening activities across the hotel portfolio.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial projections for multiple hotels.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and working capital across the portfolio.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, audits, tax compliance and internal controls.
• Drive procurement cost controls and value optimization across properties.
• Act as primary finance partner to ownership and hotel leadership.
