Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or equivalent in mechanical/electrical/building services or FM.
• Extensive hotel engineering leadership experience, including pre-opening.
• Strong budget and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience with OS&E validation and procurement processes.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities management across the hotel cluster.
• Develop strategies aligning with owner priorities and asset value.
• Oversee pre-opening to operations handover, testing and commissioning.
• Review OS&E requirements, procurement plans, and spare parts inventories.
• Prepare and control Engineering Pre-Opening Budgets and operating budgets.
• Drive preventive maintenance, energy management, and CAPEX programs.
• Build, mentor and manage high-performing engineering teams.
• Establish relationships with owners, consultants and contractors to deliver projects.
