Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage maintenance and facilities across its hotel cluster in Saudi Arabia. You will drive asset strategy, testing, commissioning, and smooth handover from project delivery to operations.

You will oversee POB budgeting, preventative maintenance programs, and capital planning while advancing sustainability and ESG goals. Strong stakeholder management and hotel pre-opening experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering functions within hotels and large facilities.
• Strong track record in pre-opening activities including handover and commissioning.
• Expertise in OS&E validation, procurement, spare parts planning and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering maintenance and facilities management across hotel cluster.
• Develop and execute strategies to support business objectives and asset value.
• Oversee testing, inspections, snagging, and handover to operations.
• Prepare and control Engineering Pre-Opening Budgets (POB).
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Manage capital projects, lifecycle planning, and refurbishment programs.
• Champion sustainability, energy efficiency, and ESG initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
