Qiddiya is seeking a Cluster Director of Finance to lead finance, accounting, treasury, procurement controls, and governance across a portfolio of hotels. The role reports to the Cluster General Manager and acts as a strategic partner to ownership and hotel leadership during pre-opening, opening, stabilization, and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate brings proven hospitality finance leadership, extensive pre-opening experience, and a track record of improving profitability and governance

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Director of Finance or senior finance leadership role.
• Hospitality experience required.
• Strong pre-opening experience preferred.
• Multi-property or cluster finance experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a cluster-wide financial strategy aligned with ownership objectives and brand standards.
• Lead all pre-opening finance management across the hotel portfolio, including budgets and readiness plans.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, audit, tax, compliance, and internal controls across properties.
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Provide financial insights to ownership and hotel leadership, supporting investment decisions and value optimization.
• Foster high-performing finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
