Job summary

SAP SE is seeking an Application Service Manager (ASM) for SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) in a hybrid role based in Riyadh. You will own end-to-end CAS customer engagements, drive service quality, deepen relationships, and lead cross-functional teams through transitions to operations and beyond.

The role requires 6+ years in account/relationship management, 4+ years in SAP areas, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years in customer account management, managed services, or relationship management.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP Solution Area experience (e.g. S/4HANA - FI/MM, SuccessFactors, BTP).
• 4+ years leading global or cross-functional teams in a project management capacity.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP portfolio and cloud services landscape.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects and/or managed services environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills - from technical teams to executive level.
• A results-driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to navigate complexity.
• Business fluency in English and Arabic (required).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CAS customer engagements - managing budget, quality, and stakeholder communication across the full lifecycle (transition, stabilisation, operations, offboarding).
• Act as a trusted advisor: proactively identify optimisation, innovation, and adoption opportunities for customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty; lead escalation resolution with confidence and composure.
• Collaborate closely with SAP account teams, delivery teams, and partners to ensure a seamless, one-stop CAS experience.
• Champion upsell opportunities and support growth of the CAS service portfolio.
• Orchestrate communication across all levels - from technical teams to C-level stakeholders.
